Jennifer Meyer, founder of her eponymous jewelry line, has long been a favorite among Hollywood’s biggest stars, including Olivia Wilde, Keke Palmer, and Justin Bieber. Her delicate, relaxed accessories have been worn on both the red carpet and at the beach.
Meyer’s Pacific Palisades store was recently rebuilt after devastating fires in January 2025. Mike Moser Studio and Tula Builders worked on the reconstruction, adding Murano chandeliers and a hand-carved mirror featuring Meyer’s signature leaf motif.
Enamel artwork created by Meyer’s grandmother Edith can be found throughout the space. Meyer says she is pretty in love with it. In honor of the store’s reopening and a new jewelry collection launching this fall, Meyer participated in an interview, sharing her design tricks, style icons, and favorite destinations.
Meyer describes her studio as open, cozy, serene, light-filled, and inspiring. She cites her parents and Dolly Parton as her greatest influences. Meyer is also fond of the ’70s, ’80s, and ’90s design eras, particularly ’70s California hippie, ’80s Madonna, and ’90s Courtney Love styles.

When it comes to design, Meyer’s approach is to always start with a cozy atmosphere. She admires the work of architects John Lautner, Charles Gwathmey, and Paul R. Williams, and her favorite buildings include the Gaudí structures in Barcelona.
Meyer’s favorite artists include Ed Ruscha, Yoshitomo Nara, and Mark Rothko. For a favorite getaway, she chooses Hawaii, and her go-to hotels include the Rosewood Miramar Beach and the Four Seasons Lanai. She recommends the Jennifer Meyer boutique for gifts and Roe Caviar as a host or hostess gift.
For entertaining, Meyer suggests having great food, drinks, and a playlist to create a comfortable and fun atmosphere. Her style icons include the Olsen twins and her mom, and she favors fashion designers like Hedi Slimane. Meyer’s style tip is to be comfortable, and her required reading includes “The Clarity Cleanse” by Dr. Habib Sadeghi.
Meyer’s cocktail of choice is a margarita or a great glass of red wine, and her favorite restaurants include Casa Vega, Polo Lounge, and Giorgio’s. Her must-have accessory is her Good Luck necklace, and her go-to watch is the Panthère de Cartier. Meyer also mentions JAR and Cartier as her favorite jewelers, in addition to her own brand.
