Chelsea Barracks, London’s most coveted address, has introduced a £15.5 million residence located within 1 Five Fields Square, the latest residential release at the prestigious Belgravia development.
Design and Inspiration
The building, designed by Eric Parry Architects, comprises just 28 residences and two penthouses, offering a rare sense of privacy and distinction. The residence is positioned to enjoy views across the beautifully landscaped Five Fields Square garden by Gustafson Porter + Bowman.
The interior design, created by multi-award winning British interior design studio Albion Nord, reflects Chelsea’s artistic, literary, and musical heritage. The design scheme is playful yet grounded and distinctly contemporary, reimagining Chelsea’s creative past as luxurious living for the future.

Interior Design Details
Albion Nord’s design introduces an eclectic and unexpected mix of materials, including leather, heavy velvet, and light linen. The open-plan living and dining area is enveloped by a sumptuous dark green wool fabric, creating a cocooning sense of warmth and tactility.
Bespoke joinery at the far end of the room conceals a sliding compartment that reveals a hidden bar, styled with original vinyl records, record players, and a gramophone in a playful nod to Chelsea’s bohemian, music-loving past. Heavy dark green velvet curtains frame the windows, ready to shut out the world and transform the room into a private, intimate retreat.
The principal bedroom suite features a softer, lighter palette, with a bespoke oversized headboard and a thick, pale-cream woven rug from Sacco. Leather-bound lamps and studded bedside tables add a subtle touch of character to the room.
